Since the year 1999, DOG has been executing a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001. "Our understanding of quality is when our products and services completely meet the demands and expectations of our customers."

All DOG employees put in effort to carry out the regulations of this system consistently and are committed to the continual improvement of these processes.

The volunteer initiative "Responsible Care" is also a fundamental aspect of DOG. The goal of the initiative is to strive for continual improvement in the environment, in safety, and in health, independent of the legal requirements.
