The main components of the akapads are synthetic latex and factice (cross-linked natural castor oil and/or canola oil), gently vulcanized under defined conditions.

The dry cleaning pad consists of a blue grip and a yellow active layer (or lighter colored for akapad white) which is attached as a foam. The cleaning process is effective and gentle, since the active agent is always visible and thus can always be checked. This prevents the surface from being damaged.

Hold the akapad by the blue grip and rub the side with the active substance over the surface that is to be cleaned until dirt-saturated particles form. For smooth surfaces, spread out the sponge in order to increase the formation of these particles. The blue part is solely intended to serve as a grip and should not be used for cleaning. The akapad white fl exible may also be cut into strips if necessary and can be shaped into a spherical form for better handling.
